This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of www.kartnori.com, India's first e-commerce of Industrial Raw materials for Small and Medium Enterprises. We are an integrated supplier of Industrial Raw Materials and our subsidiaries and affiliates provide you with access to a variety of services, including but not limited to the www.kartnori.com website and our mobile applications and all the products and services available through our website.

You are allowed to use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with us, and only in compliance with our Terms of Use and all applicable laws. The following terms and conditions apply to everyone who uses kartnori.com's services (including our suppliers & customers), and they govern the relationship between us and our users during their use of our services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing and using our Services, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Our services are: To carry on online and offline trade of retail & wholesale business in India and overseas through retail formats and including but not limited to hyper markets, mall, super markets, mega stores/discount stores, cash and carry departments stores, shoppers plaza, direct to home, phone order and mail order, catalogue through internet & E commerce platform and other forms and multi level channels for all products and services.

Nothing contained in the Services is an offer or promise to sell a specific product for a specific price or that any advertiser will sell any product or service for any purpose or price or on any specific terms.

You understand and agree that kartnori.com may, in our sole discretion, terminate your access to the Website without notice and you waive any right to claim access to the Website or any other claim that you may have. Any data of your usage may be retained or deleted at kartnori.com's sole discretion. You agree that the User Content uploaded can be used and viewed by other third parties who access the Website.

By using our Services and providing us with your contact information, you agree that we can send you communications about our Services/quotes/offers. Return Policy

If the buyer wishes to return the order, the return request has to be filed within 7 days  date on which the order is delivered, else the return will not be accepted. The return shipping cost has to bear on customer.

You acknowledge kartnori.com's right to do so and waive any claim that you may have arising from such termination. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the award passed by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. The cost of arbitration shall be borne by you, unless awarded otherwise.
